I have wrote all my thoughts regarding proposal #684 in the below document. I know it's passing at the moment, but I could not let this go through without putting something on paper.

Proposal Failed
Big tip is too much, it should be around 1000-2000$. ColorfulNotion, you are abusing Polkadot's governance. @OnlyDefiGuy If you are an honest person you should contact ColorfulNotion to reduce the tip amount. They are normalizing the amount of tips for everyone!
Can you please stop making proposals until you resolve your lawsuit for ETH theft via Wolk, Inc? I don't think the Polkadot community should be so eager to give a strong voice to criminals.

Can't comment, but kindly post this on every proposal, it will help a lot -- if you do this enough times, will tip you for whatever it is you think you deserve for fighting the real "criminal" in that case (name your tip) and then I'll have another test case of "voidSpend". Yes, I enjoy working that much =) -- Thank you so much!
