The try-state hook is responsible for setting invariants that must always be held in a pallet, which enables teams use substrate pallets as intended.
A deep understanding of the pallets is required to successfully set these invariants, the contributor has done so for Tips and Vesting pallets which are equivalent to two medium sized issues.
