Short description:
PolkaWarriors aims to foster closer ties between the Polkadot ecosystem and the community through active engagements. Our goal is to cultivate a robust and collaborative community of Polkadot enthusiasts in Vietnam, spanning from newcomers to advanced users, in order to propel the growth and evolution of the Polkadot ecosystem.
Outlined in this proposal is a comprehensive 6-month (~26 weeks) plan designed to amplify Polkadot's presence within the Vietnamese community. Additionally, we aim to showcase the practical applications and advantages of our innovative blockchain technology in addressing real-world financial challenges.
Problem statement:
Despite Vietnam's booming crypto market, Polkadot and Kusama ecosystems remain surprisingly under the radar. With only 20,000 individuals in Polkadot-related Facebook groups, even their vibrant tech community remains largely unaware of its immense potential.
This untapped opportunity is glaring. The lack of Vietnamese language materials and limited marketing/communication efforts are holding Polkadot back from attracting both end-users and the talented Vietnamese developers seeking cutting-edge solutions.
The time to act is now. Bridging this awareness gap is crucial to securing a significant foothold in this rapidly growing market. Comprehensive marketing and communication campaigns are essential to educate and excite Vietnamese developers and users about the transformative power of Polkadot. By ignoring this call, we risk missing out on a wave of innovation and growth.

- Workshops for Vietnamese students.
- Business Development for the ecosystem.
- Promotion for Substrate course by the Lowlevelers team.

tldr: We don't think it is worth the price tag and we would like to hear some clarifications about issues.
Long explanation:
We have found some issues with the proposal that we would like to have addressed. In a nutshell, yes, Polkawarriors was one of the earliest members of Polkadot and started making significant numbers on both Twitter and Youtube for their infographics. But currently, their numbers outside X are low and engagement have been reduced significantly. We like that they are slowly coming back, however. Additionally, there are certain aspects that require attention
For instance:
Currently the website syndicator.vn presents an invalid SSL certificate. Thus, giving a warning message on browsers.
The old syndicator twitter account was suspended: "syndicator_org" same as "Polkawarriors" what is the reason for that?

Recently, their youtube channel engagement doesn't seem to surpass the 100 views.
X origrinal content gets likes in the hundreds and it's good but most of the activity is repost based.
What is the relation with @illusionistGRP? (llusionistgroup.com also has an invalid certificate error at the moment)

1. SSL Certificates: We appreciate you pointing out the outdated SSL certificates for syndicator.vn and llusionistgroup.com. We promptly rectified this issue and now both websites have valid certificates. Thank you for helping us maintain security.
2. Community Building and Engagement:
Our passion for Polkadot: Two years ago, we started PolkaWarriors with the sole purpose of fostering a passionate community for Polkadot enthusiasts. We bootstrapped the project entirely with personal funds, driven by our love for the DOT ecosystem.
Shifting landscape: Initially, Twitter was our primary communication channel, and we successfully emerged as a leading source of Polkadot news globally. However, post-Twitter's rebranding and algorithm changes, coupled with the downtrending market, our presence on the platform (now X.com) suffered.
Evolving strategy: This temporary setback only strengthens our resolve to return stronger. We aim to diversify our reach beyond X.com and build active communities on platforms like YouTube, Facebook, and Telegram. This expansion will be a key focus, post-proposal approval.
Suspension of previous accounts: Regarding Syndicator and our old PolkaWarriors Twitter account, both have been inexplicably suspended. Despite exhausting all avenues to recover them, our efforts remain unsuccessful. This issue aligns with a wave of unjust suspensions affecting legitimate accounts upon the platform's transition. We opted to create a new account to ensure uninterrupted news flow and keep the community informed.
3. Funding and Sustainability:
Passion driving community: PolkaWarriors was, and remains, a non-profit community. Initially, Illusionist Group provided partial operational support for two years. However, the market downturn necessitated cost-cutting measures at IG, leading to the withdrawal of community and builder support.
Proposal's motivation: To fulfill our established goals and contribute significantly to the ecosystem's growth, a sustainable operating budget is crucial. Hence, we present this detailed and transparent proposal, fueled by our desire to bridge the gap between the Polkadot ecosystem and Vietnam.
