If the investments will take place over two years, you should make multiple smaller proposals over the next 12-18 months, instead of selling all this DOT at the bottom of the bear market.

stop stealing from polkadot holders! we dont need you to spend treasury, good projects can get money from investers and OpenGov, why we authorize you as an agent? It's rediculous!
