Le Nexus will NAY.
It should be a Github repo like JUST so that everyone can contribute to the database, at least for maintenance purpose.
We don't understand the interest of this so far. It looks like a stand-alone work which will remain mostly unused.

Hello there,
Thank you for the suggestion.
However, it does not make sense to host these databases on GitHub for the following reasons:
1) The main target audience of OpenGov HR is the average user, HR teams, and project managers; many of which use Notion on a daily basis, not GitHub.
2) As a platform, GitHub does not provide the option to build charts, alter fields, and sort/filter data entries; which are precisely the functionalities that make Notion more intuitive to use for the average user.
3) People who want to contribute to OpenGov HR already have the option to leave a comment from their Notion account and/or duplicate the databases into their Notion workspace to make any update they need.
OpenGov HR was created in March 2025 and there has already been a lot of impact in the ecosystem in terms of:
- Raising awareness about the importance of collaboration within existing teams
- Raising awareness about the need for transparency and accessibility of information
- Highlighting the contributions and achievements of long-standing teams/agents/contributors
- Surfacing nuanced insights into OpenGov funding distribution
- Spear-heading the discussion on HR and talent retention
That said, the main goal of OpenGov HR remains to contribute to the ongoing coordination efforts, in preparation for the launch of Polkadot Hub at the end of this year.
Many thanks.

Thank you for the vote of confidence, REE...E DAO.
It is good to see that all the work that goes into OpenGov HR does not go unnoticed.
I am hoping that this initiative will also serve as another good example of commitment to delivering (against all odds). 🌞
